These Terms and Conditions govern your use of YaloviTV Player, including the website, activation portal, Roku application, playlist management tools, support system, and related services.
YaloviTV Player is a software-based media player and device activation platform. The service allows users to activate a compatible device and load their own authorized playlist sources.
YaloviTV Player does not sell, provide, host, transmit, distribute, index, recommend, or facilitate access to IPTV channels, movies, series, playlists, streams, or any audiovisual content. Users must provide their own legally authorized playlists. If you do not have your own playlist, the player will not function and you do not need to purchase an activation.
You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, Xtream credentials, streams, or content sources you add. You agree not to use the service with content that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, laws, regulations, platform rules, or third-party rights.
Activations are linked to a unique Device ID / MAC-style identifier and Device Key generated by the application. A payment is valid only for the device associated with that activation unless a permitted transfer is performed.
The trial period is limited to one device and may expire automatically. Paid activations may include yearly access or lifetime access for one eligible device. Lifetime means lifetime of the service/application for that device, subject to lawful use and technical availability.
Digital activations are applied immediately or after manual verification. Because the service is digital and device-based, payments are generally non-refundable once activation is delivered, except where required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unauthorized content use, chargebacks, security threats, or violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YaloviTV Player and its operators are not liable for user-added content, third-party streams, playlist availability, provider outages, indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.
Users are responsible for complying with their local laws, including copyright, consumer protection, privacy, and electronic communications laws. EU users may have additional rights under GDPR and applicable consumer laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
