This Cookie Policy explains how YALOVI uses cookies and similar browser storage. Our consent interface is designed so users can accept or decline non-essential technologies, revisit their choice, and continue using essential service functions when non-essential cookies are declined.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local browser storage or comparable mechanisms used to remember settings, maintain secure sessions, or support requested functionality.
Required for security, authentication, device licensing, payment-return validation, fraud prevention, and remembering your privacy choice. These cannot be disabled through the consent popup because the requested service cannot operate securely without them.
Optional settings and functional services that improve the site experience, including the Tidio live-support chat. Tidio is not loaded by YALOVI unless this category is enabled. Disabled when you decline non-essential technologies.
Optional measurement technologies used only if enabled and legally permitted. YALOVI’s consent layer keeps this category off after a decline.
Optional advertising or cross-site marketing technologies. YALOVI currently does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and keeps this category off after a decline.
When you enable the Preferences category, YALOVI may load the Tidio live-support widget so you can communicate with support in real time. Tidio may use browser storage such as localStorage and may process technical identifiers and information you choose to submit in the chat. If Preferences are declined, the Tidio widget is not loaded by YALOVI; the Support Center and ticket workflow remain available.
YALOVI may use necessary security technologies, including secure session cookies and anti-abuse controls. Where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA can be used for security/abuse prevention. Stripe or another payment provider can set or process its own cookies when you intentionally enter that provider’s checkout experience; those technologies are governed by the provider’s own policies and legal obligations.
The first time the YALOVI consent layer is shown for the current policy version, you can Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. You may also open Cookie Settings to make a more granular selection. Strictly necessary technologies remain available regardless of the optional-cookie choice.
When the browser communicates a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, YALOVI treats that signal as a preference to disable non-essential marketing/sale/sharing-related processing through this consent layer and records the GPC status with the privacy choice where technically available.
YALOVI records a pseudonymous consent identifier, the selected categories, the policy version, GPC status, and timestamps so we can remember and demonstrate the privacy choice. The consent record does not require your name or email address.
You may change or withdraw optional-cookie consent at any time by using the floating Cookie Settings control available on the site. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. A decline applies prospectively to non-essential technologies controlled by YALOVI.
We may update this Policy when technologies, legal requirements, or service functions change. A material new policy version may cause the consent interface to ask for a fresh choice.
Questions about cookies or privacy choices can be sent to support@yalovi.com or through the Support Center.
