This Privacy Policy explains how YaloviTV Player (“YALOVI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the website, activation portal, Roku application, user/device portal, payment workflows, support system, security controls, and related services.
For purposes of this Policy, YaloviTV Player is responsible for determining how personal information collected through the YALOVI service is processed, except where a third-party provider acts independently under its own terms. Privacy requests may be submitted to support@yalovi.com or through the Support Center.

We do not intentionally collect full payment-card numbers. Payment credentials are handled by the payment processor used for the transaction.
We collect information directly from you, from the YALOVI application and browser during device activation and use, from payment providers when they send transaction or webhook records, and from security/hosting infrastructure used to operate the service.
Depending on jurisdiction and context, we process information because it is necessary to perform a contract or provide a requested service, to comply with legal obligations, based on legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention where those interests are not overridden by individual rights, or based on consent where consent is required for a particular purpose such as non-essential cookies.
YALOVI uses strictly necessary cookies or local browser storage for security, authentication, device/payment return flows, and privacy-choice persistence. Optional preference, analytics, marketing, or functional third-party technologies are not authorized through the YALOVI consent layer until the required choice has been made. When Preferences are enabled, YALOVI may load Tidio live support; the widget may use browser storage such as localStorage and process information necessary to provide the chat interaction. See the Cookie Policy and use to change your selection.
You may accept, decline, or later modify non-essential cookie choices. Declining non-essential cookies does not disable strictly necessary security, authentication, licensing, or payment-return mechanisms. Where supported and legally applicable, YALOVI recognizes a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an instruction to disable non-essential sale/sharing-related or marketing processing.
We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors only as reasonably necessary to operate YALOVI, including payment processing, hosting/infrastructure, security tools, email/support services, Tidio live-support services when enabled, and technical service providers. Google reCAPTCHA may be used as a security and abuse-prevention measure where enabled. Payment providers, Roku, and other independent third parties may process information under their own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, government request, protection of rights or safety, investigation of fraud/abuse, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
YALOVI does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change in a way that creates a legal right to opt out of sale or sharing, we will update the required notices and choice mechanisms before using the information in that manner.
YALOVI may be operated from the United States and may use service providers in other countries. Where GDPR or other transfer restrictions apply, we will use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including active licensing, customer support, transaction reconciliation, fraud/security prevention, accounting, legal claims, and statutory retention requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled according to applicable law and operational requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards such as access controls, credential protection, secure cookies, validation, security logging, rate limiting, and database protections. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect device credentials and account access.
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal. You may also have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to YALOVI and to your information, California residents may have rights to know/access categories and specific pieces of personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses/disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. YALOVI does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Requests can be submitted through support@yalovi.com or the Support Center. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law and subject to legally permitted verification.
YALOVI is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or below the applicable digital-consent age in another jurisdiction. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information for independent use of the paid service.
Third-party playlists, stream providers, websites, Roku services, and payment providers are not controlled by YALOVI. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide any personal information contained in user-supplied playlist or account data.
We may update this Policy for legal, technical, security, or operational changes. The current effective date will be displayed above. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
