YALOVI sells a digital, device-bound software license. The paid activation is normally made available immediately after successful payment or verification. For that reason, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital delivery or activation has begun, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
Except where required by law or expressly approved by YALOVI, no refund is due after the purchased digital activation has been delivered, enabled, applied to the specified device, or otherwise made available for use. This includes circumstances where a user later changes their mind, no longer wants the software, does not have a playlist, purchases for the wrong device after entering the displayed Device ID/Device Key, experiences a third-party playlist/provider outage, or cannot access user-supplied content.
YALOVI may review a refund or correction request for circumstances such as a duplicate charge, a verified billing error, a payment that completed but the digital license was not delivered due to a YALOVI-controlled failure, or another situation where applicable law requires a remedy. Approval in one case does not create a general right to refunds in other cases.
EU/EEA consumers can have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. For online digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, applicable consumer law can permit the withdrawal right to end once performance begins when the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. YALOVI’s web checkout collects these acknowledgments before initiating payment.
If the transaction or service is subject to a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived—including rights concerning non-conforming digital content or services—that mandatory right remains available regardless of this Policy.
Where the Annual plan is sold as an automatically recurring Stripe subscription, the renewal price and billing frequency are presented through the checkout flow. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals according to the applicable billing terms; it does not automatically refund an already completed billing period. Mandatory renewal, cancellation, notice, and refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
For qualifying Stripe Annual subscriptions, future automatic renewal can be canceled online from the secure My Device Panel. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and does not itself issue a refund or terminate access already purchased.
A Lifetime activation is a one-time digital license for the lifetime of the YALOVI service/application on the activated device, subject to the Terms and technical availability. It is not a warranty that a particular Roku model, third-party playlist provider, network, or external service will remain available forever.
If a purchase is made through Roku, Stripe, or another third-party billing platform, that platform may process the payment and may impose additional procedures or mandatory refund rules. Where the third party is the merchant or billing decision-maker for a transaction, requests may need to be submitted through that provider.
Please contact YALOVI Support first if you believe a charge is incorrect. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension while the dispute is investigated, but YALOVI will not restrict any legally protected right to challenge unauthorized or incorrect charges.
Submit a billing request to support@yalovi.com or through the Support Center. Include the device identifier, transaction date, plan, payment provider, and a description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card numbers or secret payment credentials.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, limits, or waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal, state, national, or supranational law.
